The 1-110th Armor Massachusetts Army National Guard was
formed in 1959.

The Headquarters Company came from the
26th Cavalry
Recon Troop that fought in Yankee Division's drive to Bastgone
under Milliken's and Patton's III Corps of the Third Army. This
unit was in Natick from 1947-1959.It eventually moved to
Worcester.

Company A was in
Clinton.

Company B was in Hudson.

Company C was in Concord.

There was a 2nd Squadron from Massachusetts, Rhode Island
and Connecticut that became the 26th Cavalry Massachusetts
Army National Guard in 1963. These two units were combined
into the 1-
110th Cavalry in 1988 with 1-110th Armor becoming
A Troop 110th Cavalry.
